Mari Vesci moved to Naples, Florida in 1986 and has more than 32 years of real estate experience. Her focus is primarily on beach and waterfront properties, listing and selling upscale condos and luxury homes along our Paradise Coast. She went back to New Jersey and spoke to various friends and family and collectively they decided to make the move to Paradise and leave behind their very successful careers to build something great “together. After graduating from Brother Rice High School in Michigan - Matt went on to playing Division 1 Football at Lehigh University where he graduated with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. After spending his first family vacation in Southwest Florida, he knew that this was the place for him to start his real estate profession. Originally from Connecticut, Kathy earned her B.S. degree in Design and Resource Management from the University of Connecticut. She managed all aspects of a designer discount retail store including merchandising, inventory, sales goals, corporate financials, accounting, staff and schedules. She later switched gears and moved into the medical field. Kathy studied to earn her credentials to become a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and worked in the healthcare industry. Her background is one of detail-oriented work. Managing people with confidence and compassion is where Kathy excels.

Kathy, her husband Brian and their two children relocated to Southwest Florida in 2007. They decided to raise their children in the area to enjoy the active Florida lifestyle. Their children are now young adults and her family enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, boating and the beach life.

Manuel (Manny) Pena is a Naples native. He was raised in Pine Ridge in a family of six, the son of a prominent local plastic surgeon. Manny holds Master’s degrees from both John Hopkins and NYU, and is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.

He spent seven years working in New York City, raising international capital for new residential development projects and actively selling high-end condo properties in Manhattan to global and domestic clientele.

Manny has since returned to Naples, where he thrives on sharing knowledge of his cherished hometown and using his expertise in the local real estate market with clients old and new.
